When you register with us, you are agreeing to all of the policies below. 

Scheduling

Please note that lessons cannot begin until at least 48 hours after your payment is received. Student start date will be scheduled directly with your teacher. 

If a student goes for one month without taking a lesson, s/he will lose priority in the teacher's schedule and may have to enter a waiting period to complete the remainder of their package of hours due to the high demand for the teacher.

24-Hour Notice Rescheduling or Cancellation 

To reschedule or cancel a class, please communicate with your teacher at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, and the teacher will not be required to offer a make-up class.

Expiration of Hours

Students have six months from the date of registration to complete all scheduled lessons. After this period, the lessons will be considered complete, and any remaining class sessions will expire.

However, if a student does not contact the teacher for one month after their last lesson and has not arranged a break for special reasons, the unused hours in their package will also expire.

Refunds

First-Class Guarantee: We are confident you will love learning with us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your first lesson from our Class Package, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment. To claim your refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your first class. After 24 hours, no refunds will be provided, class hours cannot be transferred to another student, and the purchased hours will remain fixed for the duration of the package.

Tranfers

Transfers to another level or class must be made within the first two weeks. No changes are allowed after week two. 

Refunds

Students are responsible for letting us know in writing if they wish to drop a class. To receive a full refund, you must withdraw at least 7 days before the class begins. However, withdrawals during the first week of classes receive a 75% credit toward the next term. After the first week, no credits will be given.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement

Please note that these classes need at least four students to start. If fewer enroll, the class may be canceled or adjusted. 

Usage Consent

We retain the right to use photos and videos from classes for marketing purposes, including social media posts. 

Removing Consent

If you do not want us to use images or recordings of you, please send this written notification via email to hola@neighborlyspanish.com at least seven days before the classes begin.
