My name is Angie! I've been living in our neighborhood for about three years. I'm the founder of Neighborly Spanish, and I'm a Spanish language teacher and native speaker who was born and raised in Peru.
With over eight years of experience teaching at the school, institute, and university levels, my approach to teaching communication not only does it focus on the language, but also the culture. I hold a master's degree in history and comparative civilization, and I have many years of experience teaching history of art and architecture at the university in Peru.
As a passionate and dedicated language teacher, and an accredited examiner for the Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE), I deeply understand the process of learning a new language. This knowledge comes not only from my expertise but also from personal experience, having lived and studied in different countries, including the U.S., France, and Japan.
