How do I get started learning Spanish?

Where are in-person classes held?
Many of our in-person classes are held in various locations across the Lincoln Square area. It will be listed with the class information when you register.
Where can I find the materials of the classes?
For group classes and customized lessons, you will have access to a Google Drive folder for your review.

How much time does it usually take to complete a level?
It dependes on the student level levels d
I feel that this may not be the appropriate level for me. Would it be possible to switch to a different level?
Yes, please contact your teacher. Transfers to another level or class must be made within the first two weeks. No changes are allowed after week two.
What happens if I register for a group class, but it didn't reach the minimum enrollment?
Group classes need at least four students to start. If fewer enroll, the class may be canceled or adjusted.
What should I do if I have to miss a group class session?
Please let your teacher know in advance, and s/he will contact you. We are unable to offer individual make-up lessons if you miss a group class.
Can I get a refund if I stop coming to my group class oncce it's started?
Students are responsible for letting us know in writing if they wish to drop a class. To receive a full refund, you must withdraw at least 7 days before the class begins. However, withdrawals during the first week of classes receive a 75% credit toward the next term. After the first week, no credits will be given.
